From new assignments to the final delivery, covering all communication, media and metadata needs for conforming, localizing, doing work in progress, do the final deliveries, billing your services, and archiving tasks.
Manage employees & Third parties Just as on the new Backlot, you can control your employees, free lancers and third parties through OXO OTT. You simply need to select the assets that they will need to work on, look for the “Share” option on the right click menu and pick your vendors from a list of users. The same steps can be followed to share assets inside of your own company, or the admin of each group can manage the employees’ accounts so they have new jobs automatically assigned to them.
